I found West Shore U-Lock Mini Storage provided an excellent experience. Facilities were clean, bright, well maintained and easily accessible. The team were friendly, welcoming and helpful — always cheerful and smiling. Best service I’ve experienced anywhere in recent memory. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. Definitely recommend! Was trying to rent a locker online and didn't realize it was a skynox and that it meant a staircase on wheels was needed, luckily they called before I could sign the lease to make sure it was what I needed! Lockers are well secured, easy to access and very roomy. The staff is super helpful and friendly... They even gave my baby girl a teddy bear that she named Bub and made her day!

Unbelievable customer service and support. They helped in providing us some information about our storage facility and showed us a size we were considering. The facility was incredibly clean, well lit, secure, and climate controlled. After a bad experience with our previous storage provider on the island, we were so happy we had found this place. It really is a gem. The staff went the extra mile and gave us ice cold water bottles when we were moving into our new unit, and checked in on us to see how things were moving along and if we were good with hydration, etc. I feel really good about switching storage providers, and the staff made me feel like they really cared about their customers in a genuine way. Thanks for everything today and going above and beyond. Your customer service is outstanding!

We have been with West Shore U-Lock Mini Storage for over 10 years and they have taken great care of our belongings! Every time I have met with any staff member, I always have received nothing but the best care and attention!! All of the staff are absolutely amazing but I want to note that Donna has always gone above and beyond!! She not only cares about how we feel about the service we are receiving but she wants to personally help support our team by being notified of any fundraising we are holding!! We feel so much to be a part of the West Shore Storage family and would recommend their service to anyone that asks! Thank you for so many years of taking care of our ‘stuff’ so we could feel at ease to run our business knowing our stock is taken care of!

Excellent Personable Customer Service from All Staff! (Donna, Bruce, Mikaela, Matt) Very clean and spotless facilities with carts always available to assist your moves to & from your locker. And always feels safe with their security. With the recent snowfall, the whole lot and walkways were completely cleared making it very safe and accessible to do my moves to the locker. I always enjoy all the extra work they do decorating for all the Special occasions, makes my visits very pleasant! Highly recommended!
