This place rocks! From start to finish everyone was so helpful, communicative, and kind. The space is super duper well organized and clean, and they play awesome tunes to keep you groovin’ while you unpack! Highly recommend :)

The Storage Room is a fantastic facility not only for the facility, but also for the exceptional customer service. When I contacted other facilities, it was a copy and paste one line email that gave half the details required. Laurie has gone above and beyond to help me with moving and trying to organize the best unit for me. I have gone back and forth about size and while I'm sure it's frustrating to have someone struggle to make a decision she has remained helpful, kind and patient. Her prompt response to emails is also impeccable. Not only are they prompt but they include all relevant information in the first email so you aren't having to ask a ton of questions to finally get the answers you need. This is not a priority I experienced when contacting other businesses. In a time where good customer service is no long a staple in businesses, the Storage Room never fails to greet me at the door as soon as I walk in and immediately ask if I need help. The lockers themselves look and feel brand new. The rollers slide easily, there are no dents or chips in the paint which ultimately shows how much pride the company takes in it's level of service.

We had a great experience with The Storage Room. The entire facility is organized very strategically well. They welcomed us when we first arrived and we were wanting to see samples of their units. Dan was great and helped us look at several units so we could compare sizes and locations in the facility. The setup for entering the main gate, and then the entry doors was great with a good method for easy to remember personal entry codes. The staff was always nearby if you had any questions. The dolly/carts available onsite at the entry area made it very easy to move our stuff from our vehicle to the unit we had on the 2nd floor. The 2 elevators are large and worked great, fast, smooth, and quiet to get us from the main floor to the 2nd floor. Even when multiple people were there unloading or loading, we did not need to wait longer than a couple minutes for an elevator to be free for us to use. They also have a nice large and clean washroom available there to use when needed. They also have brooms and dustpans available to borrow for cleaning up any mess. We rented our unit for about 9 months. The facility is open until 10pm at night, so we took advantage of that often as assistance for moving stuff was often only available in the evening. The lighting and security evident all around the building and grounds was top notch. The entire process from start to finish was a great experience. We would like to highlight a great employee named Laurie for her exemplary attention to our wants and needs. Laurie was always there to answer any questions and/or concerns we had. We will definitely rent from The Storage Room again if we ever are in need of a storage solution.
