Sentinel Storage - Victoria

Great experience in every respect. Assistant Manager Jack Boyce was friendly, helpful and took time to tour me around the facility and show me how to lock up my unit. I found the entire facility sparkling clean and professionally run. I am also very impressed with the Sentinel's customer service over the phone and online when I called to inquire. I recommend Sentinel Storage on Quadra Street in Victoria to anyone seeking safe clean storage. I needed something quick for my kid who was moving out of their dorm at UVic. Sentinel responded immediately and reserved me a spotless locker. Thank you Jack and Sentinel!

A big, big thank you to Deanna Wood, Regional Manager, for graciously providing 6 months of free interior storage to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church to store furniture donated by Victoria residents that we are then able to deliver to recently arrived refugees from Ukraine. This generous donation reflects a high standard of community service that is of benefit to people uprooted from their country and now seeking to make a new home in Victoria. A big thank you also to the office staff that have been very courteous and helpful in my dealings with them now and during a previous rental. I highly recommend this company. Robert Herchak

Found this place online while looking for a place between moves. Sherri at front desk is helpful and the process was so easy.. only needed it for less than a month, and they accomodated. Love the large Dolly's to easily bring items from vehicle to locker. The building itself always smelled clean with light music playing. Would use again!!!

Positive experience during stress times. Sherri was extremely helpful booking a unit for our move on short notice. The facility has a convenient location in Saanich, it's clean, hallways are well lit and has easy parking access. I noticed alot of cameras on site, the only negative I've noticed was the security gate didn't close at all during the time we were on site (we came and went multiple times during 3 hours while our movers loaded our belongings, it was busy time of day so maybe its on a timer..?) Overall I am happy with our service so far! Despite the 1 start review left by my movers that I would not agree as accurate.

A big rave to SENTINEL self-storage. Manager/s especially SHERRI and staffs are so professional, efficient, FRIENDLY, and warm to their clients. I had a nice experience doing business with them.
