If you are looking for a clean, accessible and secure storage solution in Downtown Victoria, go see Kelly at Bluebird Self Storage on Johnson. I was thoroughly impressed when I saw the units and Kelly was super helpful in guiding me to the perfect size storage unit for my needs.

My wife and I have used several storage companies over the years. I can safely say that Bluebird Self-Storage is absolutely top-drawer. The facility is kept sparkling clean and the prices for the downtown location are reasonable. Moreover, Kelly and Josh are extremely friendly and are helpful in every way possible. 5 stars for sure!

I was so pleased to be able to find a locker a block away from my new building. I left a chat overnight and got a call back in the morning.
I was able to book my locker and pay over the phone. I was thrilled to find they had a promotion of 50% off for three months.
I went into Bluebird storage in the afternoon to finalize the locker rental agreement and see the unit.
The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommend them.

I have been asked to write this review by my husband and daughter, who have never asked me to write a Google review, ever! They feel so strongly about doing this - they haven't even finished the move yet and want me to do it now!
Our family is so very grateful to Shanoor for everything he has done to help during a very very difficult and stressful situation. We needed to evacuate a 2-bedroom apartment for our daughter and her roommate who are students at UVIC, on very short notice, after it suffered flood damage during the rainstorms.
Shanoor was very helpful in selecting best unit; helped us to back a big truck into the loading bay by stopping traffic on Johnson; provided a parking pass for street parking while we waited for access to the loading bay and is very friendly!
He has been so helpful on more than one occasion - the day that the apartment needed to be evacuated, and again today when we needed to move some things out to temporary accomodation while the apartment undergoes restoration.
Thank you SO much Shanoor, you made a huge difference to our family during an incredibly stressful ordeal, and we really appreciate the clean and safe storage facility, with easy access storage units.

Awesome experience, right downtown easy loading, fast elevators, eecellent customer service, my man Shanoor was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he even stayed 30 mins passed closing so I could do the paper work and get my locker ready for the next day.
