Overall my experience was good, I got the 12 week discounted rate which was nice and after that it went back to regular rates. My stuff was safe, so I didn't bought any insurance but that's upto you. The manager was quick to respond and offered all the help that I needed, so no complains.
They have online portal, where you can login and pay for your bill which was convenient.

I had a great experience picking up moving and packing supplies. Prabh and Sherri provided exceptional customer service—they were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond by helping me carry all of my supplies out to my car. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. Thank you both for the excellent service!

I rented a storage unit for 16 years and had a very positive experience. The storage building was always clean, and I never had any problems with insects. Accessing the unit was always easy and convenient. I would recommend this storage facility to friends and would definitely rent from you again in the future if I need storage.

The rental process was simple and efficient. I found a unit online, a customer service representative called me and explained the pricing, the different units available and helped me confirm the size that would be right for our needs. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Meeting with Sherry was a pleasure. She was personable and knowledgeable. She made the process very simple and even had a lock I could purchase for the unit. The locations were clean and in very good repair and are very secure. I would recommend this company if you are looking to store things.

From Broom Closet to Bliss: A Sentinel Storage Adventure.
When I called Sentinel Storage, I asked for a 5x10 unit. Somewhere between my call and the keyboard, that turned into a 5x5, which then turned into something roughly the size of a phone booth, or maybe a generous broom closet if you stack creatively. I opened the door and half expected a family of brooms to already be living there.
Enter Laeya, the Tolmie location’s secret weapon. Not only competent and attentive, but frankly too good for the chaos she’s surrounded by. She took one look at the situation, worked her magic, and in minutes had me set up with the proper unit. Problem solved, crisis averted, faith in humanity restored.
So yes, the call center’s spatial awareness could use a tune-up, but Laeya? Absolute five-star service. I came in with disappointment and left with the perfect space and a smile. Would accidentally rent the wrong size again just to talk to her.
