Great experience renting a storage unit here. The building always felt secure, and having coded access gave extra peace of mind. The large garbage/loading doors made moving items in and out so much easier, and the dollies available on-site definitely saved my back!
The facility was always clean and tidy, and customer service was consistently pleasant and helpful. I’d absolutely rent a unit from them again.

In particular, we want to recognize and commend Sherri for her exemplary professionalism. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, consistently accommodating, and demonstrates an impressive ability to remain entirely composed, even during peak hours when the office is busy with multiple customers. Her calm and efficient demeanor ensures that everyone receives excellent care without ever feeling rushed.
Furthermore, Sherri’s dedication to customer service goes well beyond standard expectations. When our vehicle's battery unexpectedly died on the premises, she provided us with a jump start without a single moment of hesitation. Her quick and willing assistance turned what could have been a highly stressful situation into a mere inconvenience.
Sherri is a tremendous asset to the Sentinel Storage team, and her kindness has not gone unnoticed. We highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a reliable facility managed by genuinely caring and capable staff.

First time needing a storage unit and Sherri and her team helped us right away! They were friendly, kind and caring when doing the application, walking us through the building, and showing us our unit! The storage facility was very clean, well-lit and felt very secure during the days/nights! Thankful for their promotion of a free 4 weeks! During that time we used the space, used the trolleys they provided—so helpful, and we emptied the unit before the next billing cycle so no need to pay for more than we need! The ladies often checked in with us when they walked by and wished us well when we left. 10/10 stars would use again :)

The whole experience was great! I have never used any storage facility before, and Sentinel was awesome! The check in and walk through was clear and straight forward. Easy after hour access to my unit and overall a very clean area.
I got the "4 weeks for free" promotion, and if it weren't for the regular price being a little too high. I would have kept using the unit. As a student I cannot afford the monthly rate.
Regardless, if I had the money, I would 100% use Sentinel again!

Friendly staff that were very accommodating when arranging for a storage locker. They suggested a better option than what we were originally considering when booking and were easy to contact. They also allowed a change of start dates as we were arranging shipments remotely, which were harder to change.
