This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I truly believe I made the right choice by choosing this place over others. The Victoria Quadra location was incredibly clean, and I especially want to thank the two women in the office for their kindness and prompt assistance. If you're looking for a storage rental, I highly recommend this place!

Sherri was very helpful and explained all the details thoroughly including a tour of the facility. The building was clean, well maintained and easy to navigate. My only criticism is that there should always be access to the bathrooms not just during office hours.

Sentinel Storage facility was amazing, would definitely use them again if I ever need medium to long-term storage again. Staff was incredibly helpful and always available.

Sherri was super welcoming and helpful when we visited Dec 2024. We’re return customers and although we were a bit disappointed that the assistant on the national phone line wouldn’t waive the admin fee for us, Sherri helped us with a great deal on a great unit and that made all the difference.
