The whole experience was great! I have never used any storage facility before, and Sentinel was awesome! The check in and walk through was clear and straight forward. Easy after hour access to my unit and overall a very clean area.
I got the "4 weeks for free" promotion, and if it weren't for the regular price being a little too high. I would have kept using the unit. As a student I cannot afford the monthly rate.
Regardless, if I had the money, I would 100% use Sentinel again!

I recently moved back to the coast and needed storage space while looking for a place to live. I called and I was able to reserve a locker and they held on to it till I was able to get to the island. (Was staying at a friend on the gulf island. I’m was impressed with this well organized, clean storage locker facility. It’s well secured. The ladies in the office are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. They show you around the facility and go over your sign in process. I have 5x10 locker on the main floor. Great condition and lots of space for my things. Well priced. Well lite space. I walked away with confidence,knowing that my items are safely stored. Great location. I highly recommend this facility. You won’t be disappointed.

Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. I was given the space one month for free and only needed it for a couple weeks, so I ended up only paying the super cheap insurance.
The place is super clean, accessible and they have lots of trollers to help us with moving stuff. Would use them again and highly recommend it.

I've had a great experience with Sentinel Storage in Victoria! The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure, with easy access to the storage units. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. The units are well-maintained, and the wide hallways make moving items in and out very convenient. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and secure storage solution.

I went straight to the office on Quadra. Was welcomed warmly. I was offered great service. Sherri went throughout through all the procedures. She had to change a few things around to accommodate me. Great experience. Highly recommend.
