I cannot recommend this brand-new facility enough! As someone who prefers to support Canadian-owned and operated businesses, I was thrilled to find this gem right here near Sidney. The facility is immaculate, highly secure, and features modern, well-lit units. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I got the perfect unit size for my needs. Great service paired with a fantastic local business—5 stars!

I am using storage for the first time, and I’m very glad I chose MakeSpace Storage. From the very beginning, the store manager, Nathan Gawalko, made the whole experience easy and comfortable.
Nathan took the time to explain all the details clearly, showed me different storage options, and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. He also assisted me in finding the best possible price, which I truly appreciate.
He is very kind, polite, and patient, and he made me feel confident in my decision. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference.

I rented a storage unit to help declutter our house while we put it in the market. Nadine, from the office, led me through what I would need and was a friendly first point of contact! I had no idea it would be so easy and helpful to get my house ready for the market. Easy access to the unit, great hours for loading and unloading, super helpful and friendly office, and reasonable rates! I definitely recommend! Thanks to Nadine for making this one part of moving stress-free!!

Brand new clean storage facility. They use an app based system for getting in the gate and accessing the building in which your unit is located. A dolly for moving your gear from car to storage space is provided. The person who assisted me onsite was friendly and helpful. The only confusion came in the standard emails I received about access which added a requirement that did not apply to me.

During a recent move we found ourselves in need of storage, and while searching for what would accommodate our needs most we found Make Space Storage.
We were immediately met with exceptional care and professionalism by the facility manager, Nadine Hodgson.
Moving can be very stressful so feeling supported by their team was very much appreciated.
The added bonus of easy access to come and go from our storage unit gives me peace of mind knowing our homes treasures and contents are safe and secure.
