Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebird Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed storage facility.
I've been using this storage place for over 15 years. Back when it was under the old owners, it was a bit hit or miss, but since it became Bluebird Storage, things have been consistently good.
I've mostly dealt with Silja, and she's always been great to work with. She's helpful, knows her stuff, and is easy to talk to. She really goes out of her way to look after customers. Muhammad has also been helpful and polite, though I haven't dealt with him as much.
From my experience, I'd definitely recommend Bluebird Storage to anyone looking for a solid, well-run storage place.

The customer service manager was supportive, kind, and engaging. We definitely recommend Bluebird for your storage needs. They’re very attentive and I’ve see. Them place locks on storage units left open as a precautionary measure. It’s great to know someone cares for your things as much as you do.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE — Bluebird Self Storage (Princess Ave)
Bluebird, I hope you realize how lucky you are to have SILJA!!!! Wow!!
My son and I won a storage unit auction at the Princess Avenue location. Over our two and a half days there, we were completely blown away by Silja, the site manager. I've never met this lady before and I genuinely assumed she was the owner because of the constant level of pride, care, and dedication she brings to her work. Finding an employee who cares this deeply and goes so far beyond the line of duty is unheard of—she is an absolute gold mine for your company!
Don't ever hesitate to rent here because it’s on Princess Ave. The area is clean, the facility is in mint condition, and the lockers are spacious and competitively priced. We never worried about our truck or belongings for a single second, and everyone in the area was friendly and welcoming.
Silja treats every single person with true dignity. At one point, when a narrow hallway got tight and tense between us and another group of seven people, Silja stepped right in. She de-escalated and instantly calmed all of us and in the next breath all were smiling— helping each other out! Bluebird hold on tight to this individual as so many companies would absolutely kill to have someone this dedicated to work for them!!! Absolute wow! You have an extraordinary site manager on your hands!!!! If you ever need a storage locker in Victoria, give Silja a call!!!

Setting up a unit has been straightforward and reassuring. Everything is nicely documented in electronic formats rather than paperwork and the additional insurance they offered was affordable. We appreciated the welcome offer of a three months at a discounted rate. Access to the site is easy and there is ample space in the loading area and corridors to move in and out quickly and easily.
