The customer service manager was supportive, kind, and engaging. We definitely recommend Bluebird for your storage needs. They’re very attentive and I’ve see. Them place locks on storage units left open as a precautionary measure. It’s great to know someone cares for your things as much as you do.

It was me and my partner’s first time using a storage unit. We called them at the very last minute to inquire if they have an available storage locker and they did! The 2 guys who helped me out were very nice, fun, and super helpful. They offered me a great deal as well. Overall the whole process of getting it all setup was very smooth. We only had to use the storage unit for 1month but we will definitely recommend this business to all our friends and family!

Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebird Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed storage facility.
I've been using this storage place for over 15 years. Back when it was under the old owners, it was a bit hit or miss, but since it became Bluebird Storage, things have been consistently good.
I've mostly dealt with Silja, and she's always been great to work with. She's helpful, knows her stuff, and is easy to talk to. She really goes out of her way to look after customers. Muhammad has also been helpful and polite, though I haven't dealt with him as much.
From my experience, I'd definitely recommend Bluebird Storage to anyone looking for a solid, well-run storage place.

First time using Bluebird storage and it was a fantastic experience! Silja went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the whole process felt seamless thanks to the amazing customer service. Mohammed was incredibly helpful and absolutely lovely to work with. We were always greeted with a smile and wave, which made all the difference during a stressful moving weekend. So happy with the customer service that I got. Silja and Jordan are great, they are so helpful, it feels like a family run business instead of a big corporate company. They get to know their customers and care about the items you are storing. It's really clean and so close to downtown. I would recommend this place too everyone. You won't be disappointed.
