First time using Bluebird storage and it was a fantastic experience! Silja went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and the whole process felt seamless thanks to the amazing customer service. Mohammed was incredibly helpful and absolutely lovely to work with. We were always greeted with a smile and wave, which made all the difference during a stressful moving weekend. So happy with the customer service that I got. Silja and Jordan are great, they are so helpful, it feels like a family run business instead of a big corporate company. They get to know their customers and care about the items you are storing. It's really clean and so close to downtown. I would recommend this place too everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Silja went above and beyond for me during an extremely difficult time in my life. She was professional, compassionate, and accommodating, working with my budget and tailoring a solution that met my needs without sacrificing service. This facility is easy to access, has convenient parking, a wheelchair-accessible elevator, multiple unit sizes, and some of the best prices in town. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and I’ve always felt treated with dignity and respect especially as someone navigating Victoria’s difficult housing market. Exceptional customer service and genuine care are rare but you’ll find both here. I definitely recommend. Thank you Silja !

I don't really like writing reviews personally, but my wife and I have felt so pleased and welcomed by Bluebird Self Storage. The staff at their office and call center were so warm and welcoming, and provided us with a great price on our unit for our camping supplies we had clogging up our small car port at home. Really helped us clear up space around our house while we are transitioning in our life with a new kid on the way.

Great experience. I realize it's "just storage" but Silja was great start to finish. Made the process as easy to understand as she could. Explained everything required and then some.
The locker itself is more than I need, so I'm able to add stuff if an emergency pops up. Feels secure, I do t have much experience with storage, however it has a door, it has a latch and it has a lock. Honestly, what more can be asked.
TLDR - Easy to deal with. Very helpful.
