Bluebird Self Storage - Victoria - Princess

Amazing site since Bluebird Storage has cleaned it up. Staff are amazing and they also have a new site coming on Johnson street soon and plan to rent there as well. Staff are awesome and very professional.

Had movers scheduled but they could only show up after hours. Amazing lady named Trish stayed late for me! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

So at first I didn't think I was going to be getting the storage unit I had reserved based on the fact that I didn't have a credit card however when I spoke to the person and explained that I could pay 3 months in advance and had my ID and and was calm and everything I ended up getting a very positive response from the management as well as the representative Barb that I was speaking to originally reached out to the regional manager who then reached out to the manager as I was in her office and she had already agreed to give me the storage unit so to Trish and I believe his name was Vance or Vince thank you very much for being so accommodating and helpful very much appreciated I highly recommend the storage unit they are very selective about who gets to rent in it so you feel safe with your stuff there and they have very good prices and are Pleasant human beings those are all very rare traits these days

Manager and staff were able to come in on a holiday and let me in under a relatively short notice to unload my storage unit here. I wish that there were more mice and rat traps. Other than that it met the needs of my storage for a few months. Thank you to the team at Bluebird for accommodating my request.

Recently updated self storage. Manager is so nice & extremely vested in her job. Best self storage Victoria.
