We have only recently got a storage locker, but so far the experience has been 5 star. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Paperwork was easy to fill out and whole facility was clean and tidy.

Great service over the phone and in person. Friendly, helpful, and professional. The storage unit was clean and easy to drive up to and unload into.

We used this facility to store our belongings temporarily while we moved. The staff were very friendly and professional, the facility was clean and climate controlled, and it always felt safe and secure (even when visiting at 9:30 pm).

One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a while!!
Matthew at the front desk is incredibly helpful and always available.
Facilities are very clean, organized, and reasonably priced. They have trolleys and carts available at loading bays to help with ease of moving things.
Much prefer going here than U-Haul Self-Storage in Victoria
