My experience with the Advanced Self Storage Langford employees today Oct 2/26 was extremely professional. The guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to guide me thru the start up process very quickly. I was shown the unit I would be renting, the storage units are very clean, and very easy to access.
I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for storage.

I called early in the day before the Langford location was open. I received a same day early morning callback from courteous and informative staff. I needed a RV storage space. They welcomed me to come and view the spaces they had, and I did I was actually taken care of by 2 persons. Office and outside. I found the perfect spot for my needs! The team is excellent on service! I was also advised of the current promotions and very well taken care of. Thank you guys!!!

For the majority of the 4 yrs, everything has been great, place is very clean, professional staff. My only complaint is the bathroom was locked, so you'd have to go all the way to the office to get the key, go back all the way to the bathroom, then all the way back to the office and then back to the locker!!! But on a stat, the bathroom was left unlocked???? Why not leave the washroom open if staff are there? However, everything else was good and should I need another locker, then I'll be back.

This storage facility is the best. Climate controlled, extremely clean and very secure. The staff are all fantastic and super accommodating. We have used this facility 2 times over the last few years and will always return if the need arises.

I reserved a storage locker at a different facility, but put the wrong address in my GPS. As soon as I walked in to Advance Storage, Matthew and William were exceptionally friendly and said they could show me a unit. Well, their outstanding customer service, the cleanliness of the facility and the promotional deal they had running had me signing a rental agreement right then and there! I highly recommend Advanced Storage and you won’t be disappointed by the service you receive from William and Matthew. Thanks guys!
