I called early in the day before the Langford location was open. I received a same day early morning callback from courteous and informative staff. I needed a RV storage space. They welcomed me to come and view the spaces they had, and I did I was actually taken care of by 2 persons. Office and outside. I found the perfect spot for my needs! The team is excellent on service! I was also advised of the current promotions and very well taken care of. Thank you guys!!!

I reserved a storage locker at a different facility, but put the wrong address in my GPS. As soon as I walked in to Advance Storage, Matthew and William were exceptionally friendly and said they could show me a unit. Well, their outstanding customer service, the cleanliness of the facility and the promotional deal they had running had me signing a rental agreement right then and there! I highly recommend Advanced Storage and you won’t be disappointed by the service you receive from William and Matthew. Thanks guys!

Moving is a very stressful time with so many things to take care of. The space we rented was clean and dry. Your representative - Mathew - was outstanding. He helped us figure out how much space we needed and assured us he would assist us further if we discovered our storage needs changing. Mathew's calm, confident and helpful manner was a huge help to us. You are lucky to have him working for you.
